Branch Manager, Michael George, decided that the new URL would actually help the search engines find the website a little easier, with the keywords actually in the URL itself.  So far, AZWM.com is still doing better in the search engines, but Mr. George does not anticipate that will last much longer.

American Mortgage Specialists, Inc. has over 90 branches throughout the landscape of the American Southwest.  Likewise, it’s individual branches have many websites on the world wide web.  Two weeks ago, American Mortgage Specialists launched its only mortgage-related website that is entirely in Spanish.

Walter Aguirre, loan officer, launched ArizonaHipoteca.com when he realized that he had a great deal of trouble finding mortgage-related sites that were strictly in Spanish.

“I mean, I found plenty of mortgage- ‘hipoteca’ in Spanish- websites in other countries, but very few that catered to mortgage borrowers in the United States,” said Walter.

“The entire Arizona Hipoteca website is in Spanish,” he explained.  “It’s still a work-in-progress, because I am rather new at this, but the site is definitely ready to go as it is now!”
